How to Convert & Burn Videos to DVD with DVD Creator?

DVD Creator lets you convert & burn videos as well as photos to DVD which can be played on all regular DVD players through TV. It fully supports burning DVDs from all SD and HD video files, including MP4, AVI, MKV, DivX, WMV, MOV, FLV, MPEG, 3GP, M2TS, TS, TP, MOD, etc. Follow the step-by-step guide below to learn how to burn DVDs with DVD Creator.

Import Video Files to the Tool

Click on Import button to add videos and photos to the tool. Or you can import files by dragging and dropping files. In the left panel, you can organize titleset easily.


Tips: You can drag and drop one slideshow or video over another to combine them together. Click the “Move Down” and “Move Up” to change the sequence of the video and slideshow or drag and drop until there is a red line and release the mouse to change the order.


Edit Videos and Photo Slideshow (Optional)

Note: This is an optional step, if you don’t want to edit video and photos, please go directly to the next step.

DVD Creator lets you edit video and photos to personalize your project. Move your mouse click over any video/photo file you want to edit, there will be a pen icon which you can click to get a new editing window.

For videos, here you can crop, trim, add watermark, plug in subtitles or adjust video effects, according to your specific request.


For photos, you can change photo order by drag and drop. Photo editing functions like rotate, add text, add transition effects, and add background music, etc. are provided. You can set the font, color, style and size of the added text. Photo and transition duration time can be set as you like. And for background music, select your favorite song and trim it to suit the photo slideshow. Set audio fade in and fade out effect and adjust audio volume to achieve a better audio effect.



Customize DVD Menu Styles (Optional)

Note: This is an optional step, if you don’t want to customize DVD menus, please go directly to the next step.

To make a real personalized DVD disc, sure you don’t wanna miss many various DVD menus built-in DVD Creator. Click on Menu button and you can do lots of things here: customize background image, music, add text, etc.



Preview Projects and Burn DVDs

Finished everything, click on Preview button to have a quick look at how your DVD will look like and go back do any changes if you want.

Then click on Burn tab to come to the final step. In the new window, you can name your DVD, number the copies, select a DVD burner and select the output: DVD disc, DVD folder, or ISO file. To burn videos to DVD, insert a writable blank DVD disc into your drive. Hit on Burn button to get started the DVD burning process.


The burning time will depend on the size and quality of your videos. Once the burning is done, you can eject the DVD and with it on home DVD players. Enjoy.
